Job summary

Cars24 in Bengaluru seeks a Hub Manager to own the P&L and drive overall business performance. You will lead a team of Customer Advisors, coaching them to deliver exceptional, premium service across the store.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, sales results, and customer satisfaction, while building an accountability-driven culture and ensuring seamless coordination across sales, operations, and customer journeys.

Qualifications
