Job summary

Arvi Systems and controls Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced UPS Inside Sales Engineer with a strong technical and sales background in the Industrial UPS sector. You will independently handle OEMs and end customers, assess requirements, and negotiate to close orders.

Responsibilities include preparing engineering documents (GA/SLD), creating drawings, and guiding drafting teams. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; BE in Electrical/Electronics is required, with 3–5 years of relevant sales

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The candidate will handle Industrial UPS enquiries from OEMs and end customers, understand application and technical requirements, coordinate internally for suitable solutions, prepare and present proposals, conduct technical and commercial discussions, negotiate with customers, follow up on opportunities, and independently drive enquiries towards order closure.
• Prepare or coordinate the preparation of engineering documents needed for technical proposals and installation guidance, including GA drawings, SLDs, connection details, and relevant technical drawings.
• Provide clear technical briefs, basic design inputs, and drawing guidelines to drafting or documentation personnel; review outputs for accuracy and consistency with Engineering Team requirements.
• Provide the technical drawings, specifications, site findings, customization notes, and engineering inputs needed to present professional customer proposals and technical presentations.
• Prepare, draft, update, and maintain user manuals & operating manuals. Use CAD or equivalent engineering drawing tools to prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings, and incorporate clear illustrations and instructions into manuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear technical briefs, basic design inputs, and drawing guidelines to draftingor documentation personnel. When workload requires delegation, arrange preparation byappropriate personnel and review the outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistencywith Engineering Team requirements.
• Provide the technical drawings, specifications, site findings, customization notes, andengineering inputs needed to present professional customer proposals and technicalpresentations.
