Job summary

Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for a hospital unit in Raipur. The role covers recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement to sustain a patient-centric workplace.

You will ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies and healthcare regulations, coordinate training for medical and non-medical staff, and support payroll, attendance and performance management processes.
