Job summary

Indira Ivf Hospital in Pune invites an experienced HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across clinical and non-clinical staff.

With 5–7 years in hospital HR, a Bachelor’s in HR (MBA/PGDM preferred), you will drive payroll inputs, attendance, records, compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, oversee grievances and training, and coordinate audits and NABH-related HR needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years HR Generalist experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR is required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement activities.
• Support performance appraisal and training programs.
• Conduct exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
• Generate HR reports and maintain manpower data.
• Support NABH and other accreditation-related HR requirements.
