Job summary

Max Healthcare Institute Limited in Nagpur seeks a Unit HR Head (Associate General Manager) to lead the hospital's HR strategy and operations. You will drive manpower planning, recruitment, deployment and retention across clinical and non-clinical functions, while shaping policies and governance to support patient care.

You will also monitor HR metrics, partner with HODs on performance management, and lead employee engagement, ER and change initiatives within a large private healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Master of HR Management is required.
• 14–18 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall HR agenda for the hospital, aligned with business and patient-care priorities.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment, deployment and retention across clinical and non-clinical functions.
• Monitor HR metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with HODs on performance management, productivity, capability building and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement, culture, employee relations and grievance management.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, compliance and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, grievance and complaints applicable.
• Drive change management and people interventions for new services, expansion and operational requirements.
• Act as the HR advisor to the Unit Head and senior leadership team on people-related matters.

• Manage employee relations, grievance and complaints applicable.
