Ashok Iron Group is seeking a Manufacturing Head (DGM) to lead our production and manufacturing operations in India. The role focuses on overseeing the machine shop, with emphasis on cylinder head and cylinder block production, quality and process control, and strong leadership of the team.

The incumbent should drive continuous improvement, mentoring staff, implementing robust problem-solving methods, and ensuring optimal operations across manufacturing lines.
