Manufacturing & Methods Engineering

Job responsibilities/description:

• Process development and optimization: Lead the development and implementation of improved manufacturing methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Team leadership and management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Quality and compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Strategic planning: Develop production strategies and master schedules to meet company goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Data analysis: Analyse production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments, such as engineering and supply chain, to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
• Budget management: Oversee the manufacturing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Technology implementation: Coordinate the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and automation.

Job prerequisites
