Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks an experienced UKG Pro WFM Consultant to optimize time and attendance, scheduling, forecasting and absence management for diverse clients.

You will design and maintain pay rules, accrual policies and workflows, and build integrations with Oracle, Workday and payroll systems. Reporting, API integrations and end-user training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UKG Pro WFM or Kronos experience.
• Experience configuring Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Forecasting, Absence Management.
• Build and maintain pay rules, accrual policies, and workflows.
• Develop integrations with Oracle, Workday, and Payroll.
• Strong API and Dell Boomi integration knowledge.
• Experience with Hyperfinds, Data Views, Access Profiles, and Reporting tools.
• Ability to assess processes and suggest technology solutions.
• One or two industry domain knowledge; client interfacing.

• Diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment for client delight.
• Develop proposals and inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan configuration activities, configure products, conduct pilots and resolve queries.

• UKG Pro WFM Consultant
• 5+ years of UKG Pro WFM or Kronos experience
• Configure and maintain modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Forecasting, Absence Management
• Develop and maintain pay rules, accrual policies, and workflows
• Build and manage integrations with systems like Oracle, Workday, and Payroll
• Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity
• Provide end-user training and documentation
• Strong API and Dell Boomi integration knowledge
• Experience with Hyperfinds, Data Views, Access Profiles, and Reporting tools
• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
