Job summary

Topsource Infotech Solutions seeks an experienced UK Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK clients. The role requires strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, pensions, and BACS.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of UK payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication for managing client relationships and escalations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UK payroll experience.
• Strong end-to-end UK payroll expertise covering tax, NI, statutory payments, pensions.
• Experience handling complex payroll.
• Advanced Excel skills for large data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing.
• Good knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP), Auto-enrolment, NHS, CSP, LGPS.
• Execute and oversee BACS payment processing.
• Pensions and HMRC reporting requirements.
• Lead resolution of escalations including tax code issues, retro calculations, leaver, gross up and reconciliations.
• Oversee year-end activities P60, P11D also, knowledge of FPS/EPS, CIS submissions
• Act as SME for audits, system configurations, payroll transitions, and process improvements.

• Proven experience handling complex payroll.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Index-Match, large data analysis).
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
