Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Global Payroll & benefits professional to manage payroll and benefits operations across UK, Poland, and other European geographies. This role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance in a global context.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage vendors, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in payroll/benefits, strong UK and Poland payroll know-how, and proficiency in HRIS

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience in UK payroll and employee benefits management.
  • Working knowledge of Poland payroll processes.
  • Exposure to multi-country European payroll operations.
  • Experience managing payroll vendors and external service providers.
  • Understanding of payroll compliance, audit requirements, labour regulations, and data privacy practices.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll inputs for assigned geographies, including new hires, exits, salary revisions, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and statutory updates.
  • Coordinate payroll processing activities for UK and Poland while ensuring adherence to payroll calendars and timelines.
  • Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, exits, changes, and employee support.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Compensation & Benefits teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain payroll controls, audit documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis while supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
