Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to design enterprise-grade automation for a large Personal Auto and Home Insurance rewrite program. Based in Pune, you will lead architecture, integration, governance, security, and production readiness while collaborating with US stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in IT with 4–6 years in UiPath architecture, deep knowledge of UiPath Studio/Orchestrator, REFramework and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with 4–6 years in UiPath Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and attended/unattended robots.
• Deep understanding of REFramework, queue-based processing, and scalable bot architecture.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UiPath solution architectures for policy rewrite and servicing workflows.
• Define scalable automation frameworks using UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
• Architect queue-based processing with REFramework, transactions, retries, and exception handling.
• Design integrations with REST APIs, web services, databases, and external systems.
• Establish ALM strategies: environment setup, release management, version control, pipelines.
• Define governance standards, security policies, and architectural best practices.
• Implement credential management and secure vaults in UiPath Orchestrator.
• Develop RBAC models and ensure secure, compliant automation operations.
• Ensure audit/compliance and production readiness with monitoring and incident management.
• Create runbooks, production governance, and support processes; mentor teams.

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions for a large-scale Personal Auto and Home Insurance policy rewrite program. The role will be responsible for defining automation architecture, integration strategy, governance frameworks, security standards, and production readiness while partnering closely with US-based business and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UiPath architecture, scalable automation design, and insurance process automation.

What You\'ll Do:

• Design end-to-end UiPath solution architectures for policy rewrite, policy servicing, and insurance operations workflows.
• Define scalable automation frameworks using UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
• Architect queue-based processing solutions leveraging REFramework, transaction management, retry mechanisms, exception handling, and compensation strategies.
• Design integrations with REST APIs, web services, enterprise applications, databases, and external systems.
• Establish Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies including environment setup, release management, version control, and deployment pipelines across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Define automation governance standards, security policies, and architectural best practices.
• Implement credential management frameworks using UiPath Orchestrator Assets and secure credential stores.
• Design role-based access control models to ensure secure and compliant automation operations.
• Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and security requirements.
• Establish operational readiness and production support models including monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident management.
• Create runbooks, support procedures, and production governance processes.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Guide developers on automation design standards, performance optimization, resiliency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.
• Support delivery teams during design, development, testing, deployment, and production rollout phases.

Expertise You\'ll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 4-6 years of experience in UiPath Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Attended Robots, Unattended Robots, and automation infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of REFramework, queue-based processing models, transaction management, and scalable bot architecture.
• Strong experience in exception handling frameworks, logging strategies, monitoring solutions, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale automation solutions and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, SOAP/REST services, enterprise applications, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Experience establishing DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation processes for RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of application security, credential management, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Experience designing highly available, resilient, and scalable automation ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of operational support models, production readiness assessments, and automation lifecycle management.
• Experience reviewing solution designs and mentoring development teams.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and work effectively within onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and enterprise transformation programs.
• Domain expertise in Personal Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Policy Administration, or Policy Rewrite programs is highly preferred.
