Persistent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic UiPath Developer to lead intelligent automation initiatives. You will design, implement, and deploy Agentic AI solutions with UiPath, Python, and cloud services, guiding multi-agent workflows and governance.

The role demands 12–15 years of experience in enterprise automation, strong UiPath expertise, and a track record in AI/GenAI integration, cloud-native architectures, and mentoring teammates in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in enterprise automation, software engineering, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with UiPath enterprise platforms.
• Experience developing Agentic AI solutions and autonomous multi-agent workflows.
• Strong prompt engineering, semantic routing, and AI agent orchestration.
• Deep expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and REFramework.
• Strong Python skills for automation development, data processing, and API integration.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LLM orchestration frameworks, and Generative AI platforms.

This role involves designing and deploying autonomous AI agents, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and building scalable intelligent automation solutions that enhance business productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Agent Builder, Agent Framework, and modern AI technologies.
• Architect and implement autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex multi-step processes and decision-making workflows.
• Build scalable, secure, and reusable automation solutions utilizing UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Document Understanding.
• Develop production-grade Python applications for API integrations, AI orchestration, advanced data processing, and custom automation frameworks.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI services into enterprise automation ecosystems.
• Design and implement intelligent automation solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and related cloud services.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise automation, software engineering, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, and GenAI Agents.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with UiPath enterprise automation platforms.
• Extensive experience developing Agentic AI solutions and autonomous multi-agent workflows.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, semantic routing, reasoning frameworks, and AI agent orchestration.
• Deep expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and REFramework.
