Persistent Systems Limited in Pune seeks an experienced Lead RPA Developer specializing in Automation Anywhere to drive enterprise automation initiatives. The role requires 8–12 years in software automation, strong AA knowledge, and experience with cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software development, automation or digital transformation.
• Hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, deployment and admin.
• Experience designing enterprise‑grade RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of AA Control Room and bot lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Automation Anywhere and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation solutions. This role will be responsible for leading automation initiatives, identifying process improvement opportunities, architecting scalable solutions, and driving digital transformation efforts across the organization.

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑grade RPA solutions.
• Deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with process analysis, process mapping, and automation opportunity assessment.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere Control Room and bot lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience in developing scalable, reusable, and secure automation solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or .NET.
• Experience working with SQL, database management, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern enterprise application ecosystems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
