Persistent Systems Limited in Pune is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Automation with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead automation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and drive enterprise automation using Automation Anywhere, while working with developers and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will design BRDs/FRS, conduct process discovery, map workflows, and support end-to-end RPA projects.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Automation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and enterprise automation programs.
• Proven experience in RPA implementation and business process automation.
• Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience conducting process discovery, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern enterprise application environments.
• Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Automation Anywhere, process analysis, and business transformation programs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, automation developers, solution architects, and project teams to identify automation opportunities, define business requirements, and support the successful delivery of enterprise automation solutions. This role requires a blend of business analysis, process optimization, stakeholder management, and automation expertise to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
