Idealake Information Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level UX Designer to craft high-stakes BFSI journeys such as account openings, loan applications, and claims. You’ll balance client needs, regulatory constraints, and user clarity across multiple projects.
You'll lead or support workshops, translate compliance input into design direction, and deliver flows, wireframes, prototypes, and copy that simplifies complex financial concepts while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
We're a design agency working almost exclusively with clients in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) banks, insurers, NBFCs, and ntechs. We're looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer who can design for high-stakes, high-compliance journeys (loan applications, insurance claims, credit onboarding, KYC). someone who's comfortable juggling multiple clients, tight timelines, and shifting priorities without losing quality.
25 years of UX design experience, ideally with some exposure to BFSI, ntech, or another regulated/compliance-heavy domain
A portfolio that shows you can design clearly within constraints not just greeneld, low-stakes consumer apps
Experience running or contributing to client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, comfortable asking sharp questions live
Strong ow, wireframing, and prototyping skills (Figma or equivalent)
Ability to write plain-language UX copy for complex nancial concepts (premiums, interest rates, sum insured, KYC, etc.) without losing accuracy
Comfort presenting and defending design rationale directly to clients, including pushing back when needed
Proven ability to work under real deadline pressure across multiple concurrent projects without sacricing quality
Resilience with ambiguity BFSI briefs often come with incomplete information, shifting compliance requirements, or legal review that changes scope mid-project
