Job summary

Sharekhan is seeking an experienced UX leader to shape strategy and guide end-to-end design across fintech platforms. You will own the design process from research to developer handoff, driving engaging journeys, accessibility and high-quality delivery.

You will mentor a team of designers and collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in UX/UI leadership and product design.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, user research and usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy aligned with business, product and customer goals.
• Own end-to-end design delivery including research, wireframes, prototypes, UI and handoff.
• Design and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
