Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and stakeholders to design modern, scalable, and user-centric digital products. The role requires someone who can confidently present design solutions, articulate design decisions, and contribute to building consistent design systems across products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Present design concepts, workflows, and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback while maintaining usability and product goals.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
• Ensure consistency across products by leveraging design tokens, variables, and reusable components.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Identify UX improvements through research, analytics, user feedback, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to product strategy discussions and advocate for user-centric design approaches.

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, problem-solving approach, and design thinking process.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in complex web applications, SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or B2B products.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Ability to create wireframes, user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and modern design patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Familiarity with UX research methods and usability testing.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and implementation constraints.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools and modern productivity tools.
• Knowledge of design handoff best practices and developer collaboration workflows.
