We are actively seeking a data-informed UI/UX Design Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
