Job summary

crewlia is seeking a highly motivated Director of UI/UX Design to join our growing remote team. You will shape strategy, mentor designers, and drive end-to-end user experience across products.

You will balance big-picture vision with hands-on design leadership, collaborate with executives, manage budgets, and ensure scalable, well-documented design systems and code.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proven experience working in a fully remote distributed environment.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical/UX solutions.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
