Job summary

Vestval Group is seeking a product designer to shape interfaces for Vestval Learn, People, One and Flow. You will design within our design system, create flows and components, and prototype interactions to validate ideas before ship.

You will collaborate with React engineers and conduct lightweight user research to guide product decisions, while helping maintain our component library for scalable UI.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing real product thinking (not just dribbble shots).
• Fluency in Figma
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design

Design product interfaces for Vestval Learn, People, One and Flow — real enterprise software used daily, with a design system, design reviews and engineering collaboration.

• Design flows, screens and components within our design system
• Prototype and test interactions before they ship
• Collaborate directly with React engineers on implementation
• Conduct lightweight user research for product decisions
• Help maintain and improve our component library

Required skills

• Strong portfolio showing real product thinking (not just dribbble shots)
• Fluency in Figma
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design

Preferred / bonus

• Experience designing within a design system (not from scratch each time)
• Has shipped at least one product surface that real users used
• Familiarity with accessibility heuristics (WCAG 2.x)
