Job summary

ITLabz Technology is seeking a senior product designer to shape research-led, conversion-focused experiences. You’ll design software that people use in their work, balancing research, flows and interfaces with a scalable design system.

You’ll run discovery through user interviews and journey mapping, translate insights into end-to-end product flows, and collaborate with engineers to ship design with accessibility in mind. A portfolio showing thoughtful reasoning is essential.

Qualifications

• Four or more years designing digital products, with a portfolio showing your reasoning and not only screens.
• Expert Figma, including components, variants and tokens.
• Able to defend a design decision with research, and abandon one when the research disagrees.

You will design software that people use to do their job, which is a different craft from designing something that photographs well. Research first, then flows, then interface — and a design system that survives handoff, because the version that ships is the only one that counts.

What we’re looking for

• Design-system ownership at scale
• Motion design or prototyping in Framer / Rive
