Job summary

Persistent is seeking a UiPath Architect in Pune to design end-to-end automation solutions and lead cross-functional delivery teams. The role focuses on building scalable automation using UiPath and Power Platform, with emphasis on governance and best practices.

You will drive architecture standards, collaborate with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps, and ensure secure, compliant deployments across enterprise environments. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of IT/automation experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with UiPath and Power Platform.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and API-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and Power Platform.

• Design end-to-end automation solutions using Ui.
• Path and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Assess business processes and recommend RPA, workflow, AI, and low-code solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices.
• Lead solution design workshops and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to build automation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Drive automation adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You\'ll Bring

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft power App,UIPath.
• Relevant experience: Between 8 to 12 Years.
• 1215 years of IT experience with strong automation architecture expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Ui.
• Path (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center).
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure, APIs, SDLC, Dev.
• Ops, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and solution design skills.
• Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as relevant to the role.
