Persistent is seeking a Senior Agentic UiPath Developer to lead enterprise automation initiatives in Pune. The role focuses on designing autonomous AI agents, integrating LLMs, and delivering scalable automation using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.

The candidate will also develop Python-based integrations, leverage AWS services, and ensure governance and security compliance while mentoring junior engineers.

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic UiPath Developer to lead the next generation of intelligent enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UiPath, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Python development, and cloud-based automation architectures. This role involves designing and deploying autonomous AI agents, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and building scalable intelligent automation solutions that enhance business productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Agent Builder, Agent Framework, and modern AI technologies.
• Architect and implement autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex multi-step processes and decision-making workflows.
• Build scalable, secure, and reusable automation solutions utilizing UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Document Understanding.
• Develop production-grade Python applications for API integrations, AI orchestration, advanced data processing, and custom automation frameworks.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI services into enterprise automation ecosystems.
• Design and implement intelligent automation solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and related cloud services.
• Develop custom tools, accelerators, and reusable AI components to enhance automation capabilities.
• Implement Human-in-the-Loop workflows using UiPath Action Center and Maestro orchestration for effective exception handling and governance.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications through REST APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot automation platforms, AI agents, and production environments.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, AI governance policies, and data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning activities.
• Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor junior team members.
• Drive innovation initiatives by evaluating emerging AI, automation, and cloud technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise automation, software engineering, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, and GenAI Agents.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with UiPath enterprise automation platforms.
• Extensive experience developing Agentic AI solutions and autonomous multi-agent workflows.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, semantic routing, reasoning frameworks, and AI agent orchestration.
• Deep expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and REFramework.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation development, data processing, API integration, and AI framework implementation.
• Experience working with AI frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, LLM orchestration frameworks, and Generative AI platforms.
• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, IAM, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI implementation strategies.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining automation governance, security standards, and AI compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience collaborating within Agile and enterprise-scale delivery environments.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) certification preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
