Cognizant in Chennai invites an experienced QA Automation Engineer to drive UI and API automation for React and .NET apps, using Playwright with JS/TS or C#. You will build scalable frameworks and collaborate in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on UI and API automation testing for React and .NET apps.
• Expertise in Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript or C#.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, Playwright API or similar.
• Experience building scalable automation frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, BDD, Hybrid).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with Git, version control, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC and QA best practices.
