Job summary

Infosys is hiring an Automation Test Engineer in India to strengthen web automation across multiple applications. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable test suites using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright, with Java and a strong automation framework background.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software testing experience.
• Strong expertise in web automation testing.
• Hands-on with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Strong Java programming and automation framework development.
• Experience building/maintaining automation using Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, and POM.
• Knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of Agile SDLC/STLC.
• API testing experience with Postman, Rest Assured, or Swagger.
• Experience with defect trackers like JIRA/Azure Boards.
• Experience in cross-browser, regression, functional and end-to-end automation testing.
• Ability to design, execute, and maintain scalable automated test suites.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required Skills

• Relevant years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in Web Automation Testing.
