Qualifications

• Experience in erection, maintenance and troubleshooting of steam turbines and generators.

Responsibilities

• Erection: Template setting and turbine erection per OEM standards.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting: preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on turbines, generators and auxiliary systems.
• Inspect rotors, bearings, seals, blades and other components for integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with OEMs, contractors and engineering teams during overhauls or upgrades.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs and performance analyses.
• Update maintenance records in CMMS for traceability.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for equipment improvements and reliability enhancements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
