Larsen & Toubro is seeking a skilled Steam Turbine and Generator Specialist in India to oversee erection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of turbine and generator systems. The role requires hands-on experience with turbine erection, associated piping, and OEM-standard TG installation.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, detailed inspections, and collaboration with OEMs and engineering teams to ensure reliability and uptime. A strong safety culture is essential.

Responsabilités

• Erection: TG erection, LP/HP turbines, turbine auxiliaries and piping, TG erection with OEM standards.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting: preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance on turbines, generators, lubrication, cooling and steam cycle equipment.
• Technical documentation: prepare reports, maintenance logs, CMMS entries, feedback and recommendations.

Steam Turbine and Generator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with proven experience in steam turbine and generator Erection, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Erection & Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Erection

• Template setting TG
• LP Turbine erection
• HP, IP Turbine erection
• Turbine auxiliary, piping
• TG Erection with OEM standard.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems such as lubrication, cooling, and steam cycle equipment.
• Conduct detailed inspections of rotors, bearings, seals, blades, and other critical components to ensure integrity and compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, and engineering teams during major overhauls or upgrades.

Technical Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance analyses.
• Update maintenance records in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for equipment improvements, operational strategies, and reliability enhancement
