Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning:Supervise the installation and commissioning of steam turbines at client sites.Ensure adherence to design specifications and operational standards.
• Maintenance & Repair:Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of turbines.Troubleshoot mechanical and performance issues, proposing corrective actions.
• Performance Optimization:Analyze turbine performance data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Implement process improvements for enhanced output and energy efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and spare parts inventory.Provide detailed technical reports and recommendations to clients or management.
• Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.Train and guide operational teams on turbine safety and best practices.
• Liaison & Coordination:Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors for smooth project execution.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
