Job summary

Altisource is seeking a Team Leader, Trustee Operations in Bengaluru to lead foreclosure activities and ensure compliance with state requirements. The role requires strong communication, customer problem-solving, and attention to detail within mortgage servicing operations.

The position emphasizes knowledge of foreclosures, title research, and evaluating borrower protections while maintaining regulatory conformity and process audits.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years experience in voice / semi voice Mortgage process.
• Fluent English with neutral accent and excellent verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and cognitive skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Initiating foreclosure procedures on default loans and completing foreclosure per state requirements.
• Obtaining Pre-Foreclosure notices and verifying documents.
• Researching title search documents to ensure that the property and the title do not have any issues in order to proceed with the foreclosure.
• Reviewing borrower details to determine whether the borrower is under state protections that affect foreclosure.
• Ensuring regular compliance testing or auditing on internal mortgage processes.

Job Description

Knowledge about Foreclosure process Strong communication skills and Good interpersonal skills with an ability to understand the customer’s problem and solving them Initiating foreclosure procedure on default loans and completing the foreclosure as per the state requirements. Obtaining all the required Pre-Foreclosure notices and verifying the validity of the documents. Researching the title search documents obtained from county office records provided by searcher (Title Abstracter) to ensure that the property and the title does not have any issues in order to proceed with the foreclosure. Reviewing the borrower details in order to determine whether the borrower is falling under any state regulated protections which in turn will have an effect on the Foreclosure Ensuring regular compliance testing or auditing on internal mortgage processes
