Altisource is seeking a Mortgage Closing Analyst in Bengaluru to develop and manage client relations under the Altisource umbrella. This role focuses on mortgage closing procedures, regulatory guidelines, and close collaboration with US-based underwriters and clients.

The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with an entry-level experience level and opportunity to grow within a growing and stable organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication skills (with accurate grammar and punctuation).
• Ability to read and respond to client emails following effective business email writing etiquette.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent.
• Good analytical and cognitive skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of US Mortgage closing procedures, federal and state lending laws
• Interpret state rules, statute laws, federal regulations & investor guidelines
• Review mortgage loan documents (closing and disclosures)
• Audit the file from a closing & compliance standpoint on a daily basis and note any exceptions. Assess risk and review for Frauds and Red Flags
• Effectively communicate with US based Underwriters/Clients
