Job summary

RMV Workforce LLP is seeking a Travel Support Executive – International Process (Backend and Support) in Gurugram. Location is Work From Office with rotational shifts and week-offs. Monthly CTC up to ₹30,000 (₹24,000 in-hand). Immediate joiners are preferred.

The role involves handling bookings, cancellations, amendments, and customer queries, with 20% voice and 80% non-voice support. 5-day work week and cab/travel allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months travel process experience (domestic experience considered)
• Good English communication and customer-handling skills
• Knowledge of travel bookings and reservation management
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs

Responsibilities

• Handle travel bookings, cancellations, amendments, and customer queries.
• Assist customers with itinerary changes and reservation-related issues.
• Provide customer support through voice (20%) and non-voice channels (80%).
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve booking concerns.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely query resolution.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
