Axplorar Holidays, a Thane-based travel company, offers a 6-month Travel Sales Intern role with a monthly stipend and commission on every confirmed booking. You will learn to pitch, handle calls, and close sales while supporting the team with itineraries and coordination.

Qualificações

• Students or fresh graduates (any stream).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Comfortable making 40-50 calls a day and handling rejection.
• Proficient with WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willing to learn sales and travel industry.

Responsabilidades

Axplorar Holidays is a Thane-based travel company designing personalised holidays across India and 50+ international destinations. Since 2018, we have helped 15,000+ travellers with custom itineraries, flights, hotels, visas, cruises, corporate travel and MICE.

We are looking for a Travel Sales Intern to join our team and learn travel sales hands-on, including calling, pitching and closing. You earn a monthly stipend PLUS commission on every booking you close.

Commission: on every confirmed booking you close

Duration: 6 months

What you will do:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries
• Call leads, explain our holiday packages, flights, hotels and visa services, and book consultations
• Follow up through WhatsApp and calls until the booking is closed
• Share quotes prepared by our travel experts and help close bookings
• Maintain a daily call and lead tracker (calls made, follow-ups, bookings)
• Support the sales team with itineraries and customer coordination

What you will learn:

• Telephone sales, objection handling and closing
• How custom holiday packages are designed and priced
• Domestic and international destinations, hotels, flights and visas
