Job summary

Travelers Studio is seeking a customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle inquiries for domestic holiday packages, specialising in Kashmir, Goa, Himachal Pradesh, or Spiti Valley. You will understand client requirements, budgets, and dates to propose suitable itineraries and quotes.

You'll follow up via calls and messaging to convert leads, explain inclusions and payment terms, maintain destination knowledge, coordinate with operations, and record all interactions in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for domestic holiday packages, specialising in Kashmir & Goa, Himachal Pradesh, or Spiti Valley.
• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budgets, and travel dates to recommend suitable packages.
• Prepare customised itineraries, quotations, and package proposals based on customer needs.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Explain package inclusions, exclusions, accommodation options, transportation, sightseeing, and payment terms clearly.
• Maintain strong destination knowledge, including popular attractions, seasonal travel conditions, itineraries, and package pricing.
• Negotiate with customers and handle queries or objections to maximise booking conversions.
• Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking confirmations and travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings in the CRM or sales tracking system.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business revenue and customer satisfaction.
