Job summary

TripJack is seeking a refund specialist to manage end-to-end international and domestic air-ticket refunds. You will verify fare rules, coordinate with airlines and GDS teams, and ensure timely settlements while maintaining accurate records.

You'll work with our ticketing, amendments, and disputes teams to handle complex cases, track pending refunds, and keep agents informed with clear timelines. Attention to detail is essential to comply with airline policies and SOPs.

• Familiarity with B2B travel platforms like TripJack, TBO, or similar OTA systems.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.


• Good communication and coordination skills.
