The role requires strong communication, proven sales ability, and knowledge of visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic & international travel inquiries from B2C clients via calls, WhatsApp & emails.
• Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, cruises & travel insurance.
• Customize tour itineraries & packages as per client requirements.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets.
• Manage end-to-end travel bookings including sightseeing tours, transfers & activities.
• Provide accurate travel consultancy on destinations, travel routes, and visa requirements.
• Stay updated with latest travel trends, airline deals, and hotel offers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service delivery.
