Job summary

Bookmytournow in Haryana seeks a travel sales professional to manage assigned leads, understand client requirements (destination, departure city, travel date, passengers, hotel category, inclusions, trip purpose, food preference) and tailor packages accordingly. You will prepare quotations, share them via email and WhatsApp, and follow up with customers while recording responses in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned leads and initiate customer contact as per the daily sales plan.
• Understand customer requirements such as destination, departure city, travel date, number of passengers, hotel category, inclusions, trip purpose, and food preference.
• Prepare customized travel packages using suitable existing packages or creating new packages when required.
• Prepare quotations by reviewing the day-wise itinerary, hotels, flights and package inclusions.
• Share quotations with customers through email and WhatsApp and explain the package details clearly.
• Follow up with customers at the agreed time and record responses and next follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Handle customer requests related to package changes, fare conditions, availability and approved discounts.
• Confirm booking requirements and collect the required customer documents and booking information.
• Generate and share payment links and guide customers through the payment process.
• Process confirmed bookings, update full or partial payment details, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team for flights, hotels, sightseeing, tours, transfers, costing, guest details and final confirmations.
• Share booking confirmations, tickets, invoices, payment information and other required documents with customers and maintain complete CRM records.
• Hands-on experience in planning and handling travel packages for international destinations including Thailand, Maldives, Dubai, Bali, Singapore and Vietnam.
• Lead follow-up, timely response to inquiries; conversion of inquiries into bookings; accuracy of quotations; CRM updating; and accurate booking records.
