Job summary

Sutherland is hiring a Travel Consultant in Navi Mumbai to handle Amadeus and Sabre GDS, ticketing, and emergency travel support for corporate and leisure travelers. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and immediate joining is preferred.

Shifts are 24x7 rotational with two weekly offs and 5 working days. Salary is 7.5 lacs per annum, and candidates with Canadian/US travel experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Sabre GDS.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing, fare rules, reissues, exchanges, and BSP processes.
• Experience handling IROPs and travel emergencies.
• Knowledge of air, hotel, and car bookings for corporate and leisure travel.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting Canadian and/or US travel operations.
• Prior experience in an after-hours or emergency travel support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support using Amadeus and Sabre GDS.
• Process tickets, fare rules, reissues, and exchanges efficiently.
• Handle IROPs and travel emergencies with calm, effective communication.
• Book air, hotel, and car reservations for corporate and leisure travelers.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and problem-solving support.
• Support Canadian and/or US travel operations as needed.
• Possess after-hours emergency travel support experience.

Shifts - 24*7 rotational shifts and any 2 week offs, 5 days working.

Salary 7.5 lacs.
