ATH Broker in India is seeking an experienced Freight Broker Agent with a strong track record of shipper onboarding in the Indian markets. You will onboard new shippers, build client relationships, and match transportation needs with our pool of carriers.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of shipper onboarding experience and deep knowledge of transportation and logistics. You will monitor market trends, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance and timely deliveries.

As a Freight Broker Agent, you will play a critical role in expanding our network of shippers in the Indian markets. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard new shippers, establish lasting relationships, and match their transportation needs with our pool of reliable carriers. This position requires a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of shipper onboarding experience and a deep understanding of the transportation and logistics.

Role & responsibilities

• Shipper Onboarding: Identify, contact, and onboard new shippers in the Indian markets to expand our client base.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their transportation needs effectively.
• Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends and shipping demands in the assigned region to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
• Carrier Matching: Collaborate with carrier partners to ensure the successful and timely delivery of shipments, meeting shipper requirements.
• Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with both shippers and carriers while ensuring profitability and service quality.
• Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts and agreements with shippers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, including safety and legal requirements.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on shipper onboarding activities, achievements, and market insights to the management
