Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and warehousing with route optimization and service performance.
• Own inbound prioritization and carrier coordination for the largest Business Unit.

• Own extra cost approvals across all transportation lanes.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis to support decisions.
• Support spot carrier selection to enable cost optimization.
• Assist in calculating and monitoring transportation KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and warehousing activities with emphasis on route optimization and service performance.

• Coordinate with carriers to ensure execution, capacity alignment, and issue resolution.
• Own extra cost approvals across all transportation lanes in line with defined guidelines.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis to support transportation, routing, and carrier decisions.
• Support spot carrier selection activities to enable cost optimization.
• Assist in calculation, monitoring, and alignment of transportation KPIs.
• Analyze operational performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Take ownership of all OTM-related operational issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
• Support OTM enhancements by assisting with requirements clarification and functional alignment.
• Participate in testing activities and provide support during hypercare phases.
• Perform data analysis using advanced Excel to support operational and decision-making needs.
• Participate in VSM (Value Stream Management) developmental projects and provide data as required.

• Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must fluently speak English
