Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Ahmedabad seeks an Analyst II - Logistics to drive operational excellence, align business stakeholders with floor teams, and support customs clearance filing and documentation.

You will maintain daily trackers, manage documentation, coordinate with vendors and export teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while prioritizing shipment statuses and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Custom Clearance Creation: Generate custom clearance documents for orders originating from the Netherlands and destined for the United Kingdom.
• Prioritization of Clearance: Assess and prioritize custom clearance based on shipment urgency (speed shipments vs. normal shipments).
• Documentation Management: Coordinate with vendors and the export team to share custom documents within defined timelines.
• Daily Tracker Updates: Update and maintain a daily tracker with detailed information regarding shipment statuses and clearance progress.
• Document Control: Upload all relevant documentation to SharePoint or similar platforms to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy accessibility for stakeholders.
• Portal Management: Manage custom clearance processes on portals specific to non-EU affiliate orders, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
