Overview

Job Title: Business Analyst II, Supply chain Product. Location: Ahmedabad. Kraft Heinz is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements, designing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring seamless technical implementation. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical requirements and design end-to-end solutions. Assess and explore solution alternatives to determine feasibility, pros/cons, and risks.
• Technical Implementation: Assist in planning and execution of technical implementation. Own functional validation and ensure solution meets business requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Resolution: Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of discrepancies. Provide technical assistance and support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Documentation: Maintain and update documentation throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of technical solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and QA engineers. Communicate technical solutions and plans effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
