Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and warehousing activities with focus on route optimization and service performance.
• Own inbound prioritization and carrier coordination for the largest Business Unit.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure execution, capacity alignment and issue resolution.
• Own extra cost approvals across all transportation lanes per guidelines.
• Perform cost–benefit analysis to support transportation, routing and carrier decisions.
• Support spot carrier selection to enable cost optimization.
• Assist in calculating, monitoring and aligning transportation KPIs.
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Take ownership of all OTM-related issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
• Support OTM enhancements with requirements clarification and functional alignment.
• Participate in testing activities and hypercare phases.
• Perform data analysis using advanced Excel to support decisions.
• Contribute data for Value Stream Management developmental projects.

Job Description: Transportation & Logistics Analyst (OTM) Experience: 6–8 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, route optimization, and cost–benefit analysis.

Role Purpose: Responsible for managing and optimizing transportation and inbound logistics operations with a focus on cost control, operational efficiency, KPI alignment, and system effectiveness. The role includes ownership of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) processes, inbound prioritization for a major Business Unit, and analytical support for operational and developmental initiatives.
