Job summary

Navin Group is seeking a Transport Executive to oversee end-to-end logistics and fleet operations from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role requires coordinating drivers, managing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance and documentation across transport activities.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in transport/logistics and hold any graduate degree. The position is based on-site in Ahmedabad with responsibilities spanning MIS reporting and cost control.

Qualifications

• Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain driver records and coordinate driver sourcing.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, permits, licences, and renewals.
• Handle transporter bills, invoices, and payment processing.
• Prepare diesel, fuel, FASTag, BPCL, and LGPS reports.
• Generate E-way bills and maintain transport documentation.
• Manage GPS tracking and fleet management software.
• Prepare vehicle-wise MIS, salary sheets, and bank sheets.
• Verify petty cash vouchers and coordinate with the operations team.
