Transmission Testing BTV/ (TT/XP1-7)
Role Purpose:
Perform as a Mechanics Engineer for development, validation, reliability assessment, and performance testing of transmission systems, subsystems, and components,
Key Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test programs for transmission aggregates, subsystems, and components.
- Plan and perform vehicle and test bench validation for gears, bearings, synchronizers, shifting systems, and other transmission components.
- Evaluate transmission performance, durability, reliability, and functionality.
- Conduct failure investigations, damage analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Analyze test data using Python, DIAdem, and MATLAB.
- Apply statistical methods to assess component and system reliability.
- Support test bench driveline setup and measurement systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and provide design feedback based on test results.
- Serve as the Transmission Functional Expert within projects.

Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience
- 10+ years in Transmission Development, Testing, Validation, or Design.
