V2soft is seeking an experienced engineer for Vehicle Testing focused on Clutch, DMF, and Manual Transmission expertise in Pune. The role emphasizes bench and vehicle validation, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automobile engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clutch, DMF, and manual transmission testing, validation, and development.
• Strong understanding of driveline power and torque flow in clutch, DMF, and manual transmission systems.
• Hands-on experience in vehicle and bench-level validation including Thermal Capacity, Extreme Solicitation, NVH, Judder and Durability testing.
• Expertise in vehicle instrumentation, data acquisition, and analysis using accelerometers, DAQ, RTDs, speed sensors, microphones and related equipment.
• Proven capability in customer/field issue investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Run and validate tests for clutch, DMF and manual transmission on vehicle and bench setups.
• Analyze driveline power and torque flow for performance validation.
• Conduct NVH, Judder, Thermal Capacity and durability tests on vehicles and components.
• Capture data using accelerometers, DAQ, RTDs, speed sensors, and microphones; perform data analysis.
• Investigate field issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive validation standards and best practices.
