Job summary

Satyam Venture Engineering Services Private Limited in Chennai seeks an experienced Automobile/Mechanical engineer with 5–10 years in powertrain to work on transmission and driveline projects. You will handle CAD drafting, stack-up analyses, and PLM-driven design updates, contributing to robust driveline assemblies.

Candidates with hands-on CAD skills and knowledge of GDT, DVA, and engineering change processes will be preferred. Internal candidates and diverse profiles are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Automobile Engineering with 4 to 6 Years of experience in Powertrain (Transmission or Driveline).
• Working knowledge of GDT, Stack up Analysis, DVA, PLM tools/methods will be an added advantage.
• Creation and Maintenance of master cross sections and Layouts for Driveline components such as half shafts, drive shafts, axles and Mounts.
• Perform Stack-up Analysis (linear, axial/radial & fastener) for Powertrain Systems and subsystems.
• 3D Model and Drawing updates as per Engineering Change requests.
• Hands-on experience in CAD and drafting is required.
• Preference will be given to internal candidates, ready to join and Diversity profiles.
