Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transition activities, drive KT planning, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track progress, and manage financials and RFPs. The role requires 6–12 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Applicant transition is mandatory, with opportunities to travel for client and vendor engagements as needed, in a dynamic engineering services environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in end-to-end transition management for small to mid-sized deals.
• Proven experience in KT planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in financial tracking and RFP solutioning.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and risk management skills.
• People leadership and adherence to quality compliance.

Your Profile

• Candidate must have 6–12 years of experience in end-to-end transition management for small to mid-sized deals, including KT planning, stakeholder coordination, financial tracking, and RFP solutioning, with strong communication, presentation, and risk management skills; PMP certification is a plus."
