Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad is seeking a senior Transition Manager with 15+ years in global outsourcing/BPO to lead end-to-end transitions across multiple processes and geographies. You will partner with client and internal teams to design, plan and execute transition efforts, ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience with substantial experience in BPO/outsourcing.
• 7-8 years of strong transition management experience with ownership of complex transitions.
• Mandatory experience with a leading international BPO/global outsourcing organization.
• Strong end-to-end transition management experience across multiple processes/geographies/locations.
• Proven experience managing multiple transitions simultaneously.
• Senior-management level project/program management experience in an outsourcing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition programs from planning/design through execution, migration, stabilization and handover to operations.
• Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, governance structures and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful execution of transitions within timelines, quality parameters and business objectives.
• Manage multiple transitions/programs concurrently with effective prioritization and resource allocation.
• Act as a Transition expert during client solutioning, due diligence, and process re-engineering initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define transition strategy, scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.
• Lead transition governance with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and change requests throughout the transition lifecycle.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, process readiness, resource readiness and operational preparedness before go-live.
• Monitor transition performance against KPIs, SLAs, milestones and project plans and take corrective action as required.
• Drive process improvement and re-engineering opportunities as part of transition and transformation initiatives.
