Job summary

OYO in India is seeking a Transformation Lead Hospitality to drive property transformations. You will conduct pre-signing audits, estimate costs and timelines, and align owners on scope to ensure smooth execution.

You will source and manage vendors for civil work, track TATs and ensure on-time go-lives while upholding quality and safety standards across properties. Experience in hospitality is a plus and 3–7 years of relevant work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of civil specs used in hospitality.
• Ability to prepare BOQs and define clear scopes of work.
• Great stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• 3–7 years of experience is mandatoty; hospitality exposure is a plus.
