Job summary

Michael Page in Mumbai seeks an seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of resort renovation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects.

You will manage budgets, schedules, quality, and delivery while coordinating with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, procurement, and operations to ensure minimal disruption to guest experience and strict compliance with safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Renovations, Fit-outs, Hospitality Projects, or Design & Construction.
• Strong experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, mixed-use, or premium commercial projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale refurbishment and renovation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
